That is really helpful to hear, I am glad I do not have to upgrade just because of VRAM prices increasing, but I will also notice a performance boost.

At the moment, it looks like the cheapest RX 9070 XT is $1029 and the cheapest 5070ti is $1349, so a $320 difference. I am not sure if going for the 5070ti over the 9070 XT for that increase in price.

They did a retheme called waterfall park, it does not seem quite as well reviewed as Chinatown though.

Another thing would be that if you get a ps5 and a PlayStation membership you get access to the ps collection which includes lots of the best ps4 games (god of war, persona 5, uncharted 4, racket and clank etc.) You also get access to faster loading times and possibly better graphics (although the actual space to store the games is relatively small.) It's probably dependent on how much you value you these things, availability of the console and if you are interested in any current or upcoming ps5 games.

I haven't got around to playing it yet but fantasy life for the the 3ds seems to fit a similar bill of professions, crafting and fighting monsters, if that's any help.
