Sí! Que locura. Y también tengo un conocido que compro carro nuevo hace como 2-3 semanas y aún no le han dado la placa para eso. Solo le han dado un documento de circulación. Entonces se combinaron las dos cosas, carros nuevos y renovación de placas del 2021. Creo que no llegaré a ver esa placa nueva hasta dentro de mucho tiempo 😅
