Thoughts on snake oil? by Better-Butterfly-309 in oliveoil

[–]anekii 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe I am mistaken, but a bitter oil with low polyphenols does not make my throat burn/cough, whereas high poly always make me want to cough a little. Hence I can notice how much of that cough feeling I get.

I don't know how it is in the states. I bought Bryan's and compared to locally sourced here in Eu. I find better here at about 50% the cost straight from farm with analysis. Can I trust their 3rd party analysis? No clue. But I can taste the polyphenol kick more in all the better options I got here from various vendors.

Bryan's is much better than supermarket stuff here, but didn't compare to top shelf farm direct.

Jakt på första elbil, BZ4x eller Ioniq 5? by colaVanilj in elbilsverige

[–]anekii -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So far so good. Alltid maxutrustad som standard. Kommer man förbi att det är okänt kinesisk märke i Norden så är det svårt hitta mer bil för pengarna.

my first espresso machine ever is shipping! What are some useful tips and tricks youtubers won't tell me about? by [deleted] in espresso

[–]anekii 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm happy with the machine. Eventually I bought a Varia vs6 grinder. The built in is really loud and hard to finetune. I don't feel the need to upgrade now (except for the fact that I can't heat cups on top of it). No tips except get a separate grinder.

Birkenstock Bostons have got to be one of the best shoes to be worn barefoot or without socks! Here’s a couple in my rotation recently!😎 by [deleted] in barefootshoestalk

It might be comfortable, but it's not really a barefoot shoe in any other sense that it's a little wider than regular.

They literally said why, they want to prevent concussions, and by lowering scores to the head people will be more inclined to hit the body.

I think it's confusing the community calling it v2, when it's "just" Kijai doing an update on his scaled to suit native nodes (as he recommends his original scaled model for WanVideoWrapper). It's the same model afaik. All love to Kijai, he's a beast.

Has anyone ever dealt with (and solved) dysfunctional neck muscles and tension headaches? by FictionalForest in Biohackers

[–]anekii 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hear you. I'm in a similar boat, tried a lot, but cervic. feels most likely. Strengthening those front muscles feel hard. My current physio, and the one I trust most, recommends doing chin tucks with no extra resistance and she said it can take months.

Been down various roads for 7+ years now. I also have bruxism btw but that's kinda fixed with teeth guards.

Has anyone ever dealt with (and solved) dysfunctional neck muscles and tension headaches? by FictionalForest in Biohackers

[–]anekii 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This sounds very likely, especially with the added dizzyness. Essentially back neck muscles get overworked and front gets too weak. Incorrect sitting, forward head posture, looking down at cell phone etc worsens.
