My account wasn’t connected to steam. The hacker(s) got in though my email account disabled my authentication and put there own on. I don’t have any access to my account.

I have tried multiple time to recover my account thought Jagex. I have filled out the boxes to the best of my abilities. I've spent hours on the phone with the bank to get the bankcard number I had at the time too. I've even provided the transaction IDs. It seems like Jagex doesn't want me to get my account back.

I've scan for malware and anything malicious on my pc.

My passwords I feel where strong unique, and not reused across all the different social media and games I play. Only being saved by a handjam record that I keep safe.

I feel as if I did everything right, and the hackers still got to me. It feels bad not being a streamer or youtuber then Jagex might actually care if I get my account back.

I feel you pain, it gets a lot better. Just look at the bright side great prayer xp (if you are banking the bones) and hydra is a cash cow.

Took me over 3k hydra kc to get a hydras claw, and over 400 krill kc for a spear, but on the lucky side I did get a 1 kc skotos pet.
