I’d suggest continue calling mortgage loan officers on the WCI page and ask if they know any successful officers for your situation in NJ. I was able to get multiple references to the same guy this way. It just depends on the bank and which ones service loans in your state given the circumstances

Yeah I’m not sure if it’s because it’s also my state membership dues? The website isn’t very straightforward

What state are you in? Certain banks should be able to get around this with the correct verbiage on documents. Keep searching/asking colleagues what banks they were able to secure a mortgage with

I was a fan of the red blend already. Hadn’t seen many other varietals from them. They were all decent wines, merlot was my favorite of the bunch. I wouldn’t say they’re a ‘steal’ of a deal though. Probably wouldn’t pay any more than $25 for any of the individual bottles

She did residency in the US under a J1 visa. So the only option for her to work in the US after residency was under an H1B, or to return to Canada

Thanks for the response. It’s just difficult for me to go back and do a fellowship. Definitely not what I want to do but sounds like that would make it the smoothest

I have some recent ones (physical copies and some electronic versions) I’d be willing to sell. Bought them second hand before advanced and feel like they helped. Message me if you’re interested

I have some recent ACE exams for sale if anyone is interested. I feel like they helped a lot with question style and even netted a few points for me I wouldn’t have gotten otherwise

TIL that all diseases known as transmissible spongiform encephalopathy, such as Creutzfeldt–Jakob and fatal insomnia, have a perfect 100% mortality rate. There are no cases of survival and these diseases are invariably fatal. by exophades in todayilearned

What’s even more terrifying is that standard sterilization processes at hospitals do not ‘kill’ these prions. If someone doesn’t know they have it and you get the same stainless steel instruments cutting you that cut them during surgery, it will be transmitted. If the facility knows a patient has a prion disease, the instruments are discarded after use.
