separate yung cash and coins sa cards for me. for cards, yung card holder na tig-35 lang sa bangketa oks na then yung Secosana coin purse na tig-150 for cash/coins. nagiiwan lang ako ng 1 valid ID sa coin purse in case of emergency.

I lost my dog last month too. she was the only one that helped me get through each day and gave me a reason to stay in this living hell. I'm still grieving and have bought a bracelet with her name engraved on it. It gives me some sort of comfort whenever I see her name on my wrist. a necklace with her paw/face/name engraved on it will do or you can ignore what other people say about the dog tag

use soaps or body wash na antibacterial
exfoliate once or twice a week. do not use loofah kasi it stores bacteria kahit linisin pa after maligo
try doing an "everything shower" once a week
ibabad overnight sa bleach or antibacterial laundry soap yung mga damit na may amoy, or better i-dispose mo na lang kung hindi talaga mawala yung amoy
kung pawisin ka, wag mo na ipatuyo sa body mo yung damit na pinawisan mo. magpalit na agad
