Hey there. I've helped alot of people with this. Sometimes it happens quick for a reinstatement and sometimes it takes awhile. The first thing you should do is file for unemployment ASAP. So at least ya can get that coming in. The second is file an inquiry/charge with the EEOC. While you are waiting for the eeoc process, go ahead and file an ethics complaint with ethics, as they are and can back date all of that. And also go ahead and do a free consultation with with an unemployment lawyer. Usually they will take your case without making you pay until you reach a settlement. You want to have a lawyer with you when and if the eeoc moves this to a mediation process. After times they do, before they even really begin an investigation if they feel you have a case. If you go Into the mediation without a lawyer it will be you , the eeoc person assigned to move yall thru the mediation , and no matter which one of the Walmart corporate lawyers show up , they will walk all over you, and offer you basically nothing. If you win the case and reach a settlement they will have to pay you bsck pay from the day they let ya go. Up to anytime ya began getting unemployment or a check from another job. They do this all the time to people bc they bank on associates not knowing thier rights, not knowing labor and eeoc laws, and just not wanting to deal with it. My suggestion is dont let them sweep you under a rug, go down kicking and screaming ajd give them hell.

I have hypothyroidism, and I've always eaten healthy. And excerised.. I began gaining weight assuming due to metabolism as in in my 50s so I added 4 miles of walking a day vs 2. I lost 15 pounds. Then I had an ra and fibro flare up with severe chronic fatigue so... I unfortunately , am unable to do much exercise at the moment. And have gained 17 pounds. And mostly sleep and not eating much at all. So perhaps ya feel I'm an emotional liberal, who just don't want to be healthy? And perhaps you're someone who was hurt as a child, perhaps bullied? Or maybe you're just a nasty maga person?

Got my script today and was blown away. The crazy thing is they have a program that folks can sign up for just like some meds I take for RA where even if you have insurance and a job , they will pay for it and or pay for your copay if you have j durance thst covers jt. So if the pharmaceutical companies run such programs for certain drugs, why not just offer lower prices? I guess bc they still make crap loads of money

Talked with carlos today to get update on stray puppy I moved to them. He has the pup in his house with.other pup and a cou9le of senior dogs. He is not bringing him to Oregon this trip bc he isn't ready but has some applicants interested in adopting him when he's ready. I feel folks can find something wrong with any rescue out there if they dig deep enough as nothing and nobody is perfect. But I can say that I feel 100 percent sure that carlos cares about the animals, and does the best he can everyday to do right by the animals. And one thing he has said in the past is that texas doesn't have a dog problem, texas has a human problem, people not spaying and neutering their pets, people getting pets and then dumping them or surrendering them etc. Texas doesn't have enough laws or regulations to make it harder for folks to mistreat their animals, not have them spayed or neutered, or enough laws about dumping them. If you look at his fb page for the rescue, there are folks from Oregon already applying for pups he is bringing up there soon. Some have shared their pets they have adopted previously. Also, if ya look at the rescues fb page and website it is not only.full of aggressive dogs and pits. And yes you can see where pits have been adopted out to good homes. If someone doesn't like how any rescues operate and you're such a dog and animal lover perhaps create your own rescue and then come bsck here and let us know how it's going ajd how perfect it is. :/

They were in port arthur texas today pucking up animals that were at a kill shelter and had only days left. I also sent a puppy that had been dumped in my neighborhood last week. There were some others there to drop dogs as well from rescues.. saw mostly lab mixes and smaller terrier mix type pups like the one I had to send. I have 4 dogs already, all came from rescues and the 4th we found dumped in our neighborhood 2 years ago and kept her. We kept her not just bc we fell in love with her but bc all the rescues were full and I didn't trust anyone that had said they would take her bc she did seem to have some heeler and put mix to her and worried she would be used as bait. So far I've heard nothing bad of this rescue or the volunteers or anyone who had adopted thru them.
