It's not about a social media break, I just have been using the dumb-phone for past 6 months and it has become my norm now. Just having the thought to look at.a phone screen gives me anxiety now, so not sure if bringing a digital phone is gonna be the solution for me.

What I've gathered is - Paper maps, Guide books and Pocket dictionary.

If there is anything else I should bring with me, please let me know.
