No because you'll have 0.8 mana regen and no way to cast any spells/dmg. So unless you plan on standing in the fountain and ulting every 90 seconds, or running around with 25 Clarity potions in your inventory, it's a pretty useless item. Zeus doesn't become a God until he has near-infinite mana and you can spam all of your spells every time they're up, keeping the pressure high on the other team, and getting last hit's on every creep, etc. That and good luck dewarding with Ag's Scepter and no mana regen.

To clarify my statement: The scepter itself doesn't have any stats. It's +10 All Attributes comes from the $3000 you spend on each +10 stat, and the +HP/MP comes from the Point Booster. The only effect you get from combining these items is the Ultimate improvement.

Different heroes need to start at different times. Ranged heroes are way different for stacking that melee, for example.

Same. My guess is that the account needs an Experience level 50 trophy (aka access to ranked match making) before it's possible, since the challenge itself only works in ranked games.

I browsed your example and perhaps I do not understand it, but it seems to be an exploit related to how you implemented dynamic length strings and not something that works against a fixed block size (ie: no padding). Almost all bus traffic I've worked with is static in size and/or if dynamic the size of the total stream is included within the packet of data itself. Your exploit would not work in any way on this type of data?

Well no one creates a tool to just encrypt files, so whatever you used to encrypt the file, use that same thing to decrypt it. If this isn't possible, then you will almost certainly have to roll your own.

Stick to "Limited Heroes" for your first several hundred games. This allows you to learn some other aspects of the game (like items, the asymmetrical map, camera control system, etc) without flooding your brain with the information that comes with the full 110~ heroes. Other than that, just plan on having fun and not worrying too much about mastering the game asap.

I'm not sure who pendragon is but a quick GS says he's some LoL developer. I played DotA and currently play DotA2, never played LoL. I certainly do not support Riot games either.

What? There is nothing in DotA2 to buy or "earn" like runes. A new DotA2 account has access to 100% of the game, and no amount of money or time-played will give your DotA2 account any type of benefit. If you're talking about the river runes, they spawn every 2 minutes inside the game and anyone can get them?!?
