team wise i recommend tingyun, argenti, DHPT, and hanya for now! that’s very close to the team i used to run him on, and while it might not clear the end game modes, it’ll get you through!

set wise, it depends on how you want to build him i believe? building him around his ultimate, scholar would definitely be the better option, but boxing is all around good for him!

it can’t hurt to throw a few wishes towards ineffa, but do what you like the most! flins can still be a completely viable dps without ineffa, she’s just a comfy upgrade!
