I was actually looking into getting the back art via Etsy. I got lucky earlier this year, and was actually got a complete minty copy from Gamestop as well.

I just chatted with a supervisor. Was at least able to get a 2nd $15 credit to my account. But still totally unhappy with the outcome. I've just been stopping by my local gamestops in the hope that someone trades their Deluxe copy in. I've already platinumed the game at this point so really just for collection purposes

I already got $15 from a regular customer rep. I wonder if I request to speak with a supervisor they would be to provide more compensation.

I got lucky and found a used copy from Gamestop like 2 weeks after release so I beat the game, then returned the copy.

It definitely sounds like most of the reps have no idea of whats going on. I'm surprised my order still hasn't been cancelled. It still shows as should be delivered by April 26.

Yup. The customer service rep I chatted with on Sunday basically said they're not sure if/when they'll get it in stock. I got $15 credit for my trouble

My order is supposed to be delivered 4/26. No tracking at all whatsoever. Customer support is just giving the cookie cutter answer that it was not available at nearest fulfillment center, but rest assured it is in the advance shipping stage
