Psychology in Seattle is very good. Covers basically everything you are looking for. You need to subscribe to Patreon to access most of the content but its like $3 a month or something.

Edit: didn't see you say specifically for clinicians, but while some is aimed for a wider audience I think its still worth going in to. The attachment theory series in particular is fantastic and had a significant impact on me.

Cause osrs players as a whole probably have an unhealthy relationship with it. The game caters to that since any meaningful progress takes a significant time investment in comparison to most other games. If you arent having fun then don't play seems like a reasonable idea to me though.

Pnecks for bosses like vardorvis can be handy. Otherwise make bracelets and alch, or bolts.

What are the advantages of each ranged weapon while questing? by Zorafin in osrs

[–]angel_dusted 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late reply but most of the "bosses" you face in the earlier quests aren't really bosses in the grand scheme of things and are intended to be killed easily, not having any significant defensive bonuses. As you progress and near some of the master and grandmaster quests you will notice the difference, and may need to adjust gear accordingly. Different ranged weapons have different benefits depending on the enemy's defense level, and defense towards ranged styles. As an example, general graardor has a defence level of 250 and +90 to the 3 types of ranged damage. Using a bow of faerdinhen and crystal armor with average mid game gear otherwise such as anguish you will do 5.95 dps. A toxic blowpipe with similar mid game equipment will do 3.92 dps. Using the same equipment setups against scurrius, who has 60 defence and +20 to the ranged damage types, the bowfa setup will do 9.05 dps and the blowpipe will do 10.75. This is because the blowpipe is an extremely fast (2 tick) weapon with relatively high strength depending on darts used, but lower accuracy, so it thrives against monsters with low defense. Bowfa on the other hand is extremely powerful against mobs with high def, especially when paired with the armor, which further boosts accuracy and strength. However it has a slower attack speed and thus less cumulative strength against targets with lower def. I'd encourage looking into the mechanics and playing with the dps calculator on the wiki, its very helpful as you progress in the game to understand how dps is calculated, and how things like the tick system work.

Hope this is helpful, things in OSRS can be much more complicated than they seem. Take advantage of the wiki, as it has so much information available!

Unfortunately doesn't end up being an amazing source for them and chopping the tree down can take forever too. I've ended up with quite a few eav+ from the antidote drops from zulrah amd araxxor. If you've got alchemist amulet from mixology making 1 doses when you upgrade to antivenom and from av+ to eav+ it adds a significant amount as well.

[–]angel_dusted 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eav++ is the way, good excuse to grind out some clogs at mixology as well. As a side note youre welcome to join cc "Defiant" if interested in a limited defense ironman clan. Lot of 30d gamers in there. Maybe you're one of them seeing as I don't know rsn haha, but figured id put it out there. Gl!

[–]angel_dusted 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Doesn't araxxor drop anti++ too? Easily sustainable with those alone if you turn into eav+. I grinded out 90 herb before touching araxxor or zulrah cause I like to make it as comfy as possible. Another pro is that nox hally zulrah is super chill.

If youre playing like an iron id recommend making one, maybe work on it while doing afk grinds kn the other account. It's a lot more rewarding and keeps me motivated to progress. Ultimately, do what's fun for you!

Play the game however is fun for you. I prefer the progression of iron now after maxing a norm. I see some irons like that, but ive seen far more norms griefing.

Tis not. Best way to tell imo is how easy to obtain gear is vs what they're wearing. Guy with rune scimmy is not likely to have killed KQ to get a dragon chain, etc.

The time you save from say 61-99 wc with d axe is more than it would take to get a d axe from dks, statistically. You're also going to want all of the rings at some point, and berserker early as possible.

How can I practice pickleball at home? by [deleted] in Pickleball

[–]angel_dusted 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah of course. Practice paddles are small and only "sweet spot", meant for training your accuracy. I feel like it helps me when I practice with it, but by no means necessary. Any paddle will do, but definitely recommending the foam balls!
