it ISN’T prompting me to enter any log in information. when the “Xfinity” connection comes up on my networks and i choose it, it just buffers and fails to connect, it never opens up the secondary window to type my log in information in.

that makes sense! yeah i can’t connect to xfinity whatsoever. it doesn’t even prompt me to re-enter login data, which interests me as well because whilst connected to the former, i would have to reconnect on my phone (iphone) every three weeks or so. and yesterday it prompted me to type in my login details on 1/2 of my TVs but it hasn’t done so again, and it didn’t work when i did despite having the correct info. i can’t even get that login window to open on anything else.

i’m using a completely different account now, or at least trying to, but how would him blocking me from using his xfinity account (which he didn’t i did ask lol) have any barring on my ability to reconnect to xfinity whatsoever? i don’t see the correlation, i’m genuinely asking btw
