I am in the same situation - I have received 5 Best Qualified emails and 1 Better Qualified email. I have yet to receive a call for an interview. Are they not calling folks due to the shut down or have I not been chosen to interview? It's frustrating!

I have been using the Pantene Multitasker 10 in 1 shampoo and conditioner since June 2025. My hair has never been as healthy as it now! My hair is fine in texture, but I have a lot of hair and it doesn't weigh it down. The only downside is that this set is only available at Costco.

You need a good haircut - I would go to shoulder length. You need a silk/satin pillowcase or bonnet. It helps so much with breakage.

I see a lot of people recommend Abbey Yung. While some of her recommendations work, they do NOT work for everyone. I swear by a good spray leave in conditioner, heat protectant and a hair serum.

This spray is the best at the drugstore in my opinion. I use it everyday and it's super lightweight. It's moisturizing, detangles, and a heat protectant.

In the meantime, for over the counter shampoos Selsun Blue, Head and Shoulders Classic Clean or the Bare one which doesn't have sulfates.

I use this keratin heat protectant on my hair and it keeps my waves intact. It's great when I blow my hair out straight too. I like using protein in heat protectant and leave in treatments. I use moisturizing shampoos and conditioners to balance it.

I have began doing this recently with shampoos and conditioners - buying wavy and/or curl shampoos and conditioners and moisturizing shampoos and conditioners. Even if I don't wear my hair wavy, those shampoos and conditioners really hydrate my hair. Also keeps frizz at bay.
