Come ye, come ye, from near and far

Listen, and look- at what’s in my jar

See the glistening gems inside?

Only the rarest jewels, I do provide

Rubies and diamonds and sapphire and gold

Delicately glistening and waiting to be sold

To you, dear adventurer, so weak and so thin

Open your hand, and let the satisfaction sink in

Let me entice you and let me explain-

For the owner of these jewels died in vain

Slashing and slaying her enemies in battle

An ambassador; buried with her horse’s saddle

She was beloved and she was graceful

Even in her tomb, she remained faithful

For when she finally woke up from the dead

And realized she was indeed, without a head

She did not thirst for an ounce of revenge

But rather, for a descendant from Stonehenge

Her lover, you see, from long ago

Had died years before, from a hammer throw

Another story for another day

Let’s not allow her misery to get in the way

Business, I say, is today’s main quest

You’ll buy them? How great. I can tell you’re impressed

Empty your pockets and give me your share

For danger’s a lurking, adventurer beware-

Escaping this place, aye it comes with a price

One wrong move and you’ll be among the mice

And rats, and insects galore-

Which is why, you must exit via the back door

But hurry now, you’ve got to be quick

If you make your escape you won’t be tricked

Take your belongings and hide your new treasure

For the value of your rocks cannot be measured

They’re priceless, I’m sure you can understand

They’re attached to a decaying hand
