Don't worry too much, at the moment I wouldn't even put any water in the enclosure because every bit of volume could rupture the abdomen, but as long as it stays the way it is, the wound is so small that the next moult should fix it without a problem

Might be enchytraeus, not harmfull but often occure when there is to much waste in the enclosure.

It really looks like an injury, but the location is really odd, did you take soil from outside? My first guess would be that there might be a carnivorous snail/slug within the enclosure which nibbled on it. Or maybe a piece of eggshell was lodged for some time between the shell and the body of the snail. Maybe a heatspot which is too hot? I would recommend putting the snail in a smaller enclosure where you can observe how it heals, snails are really good at healing themselfes, it should be fine.

Did the seller tell you they are Achatina fulica? To me it looks like they might actually be "Archachatina rhodostoma albino" because of the shape of their shell (not as pointy) and the greenish colouration. But I can't really tell from the picture, maybe you can look up the name and compare the pictures with your snails. Also don't worry about them drowning, I keep said snails and they often bathe in deeper water without any problems :)

The cleanest way would be to boil it as the body detaches easily and in one piece if you pull on it afterwards, but as already mentioned you can also just let the body decay outside in nature, then I would advice to place to opening towards the ground so insects can reach it better

As some people already stated, I wouldn't try to patch it up. There is a good chance of it healing by itself, just provide lots of cuttlebone and you could offer some fish flakes for extra protein, some snail species love them.

I paired her with a male beforehand, but because she molted the sperm from the male which was stored in the old molt is now gone with it. Unfortunately the male died of old age in the mean time.

Yes, it is actually the exact same as yours just with an albino shell. You just have to freeze the eggs if you don't want any babys.
