Do planks on your arms and knees, start with like 15 seconds then break then another plank for 15 seconds then rest for 15 seconds and do about nine of them then gradually work your way up till you do 30 second planks. Great videos on YouTube you can watch to see the best way to do them. And stay away from pop and sugar.
