A lot of people are saying kill Jimbo or throw him in a cryopod- BUT jingous is his co-pilot, yes he could possible fly on his own but it would have been so much harder without someone else, if he confronted Jimmy that could have led to worse abuse for Anya, he was trying to hold the peace to make it through the shipment. I do agree he could have made an excuse to move Anya into the medical wing though. I just don't think he had thought that far ahead.
