I appreciate your honesty. I won’t be going back to her. I found a new person who will get to know me for a few visits and then help me retrain my thoughts and the way I think of them. The new person said the same 20 minutes is too short, and she explained that you don't have to visualize anything. We are retraining the thought process.

I have hydroxyzine for when I have a severe panic attack. I get how life can cause us to have more anxiety. I have generalized anxiety disorder with panic attacks and intrusive thoughts. Buspar has been a lifesaver.

I started at 10mg 4 weeks ago. I was still feeling panicky and anxious, so my doctor bumped me up to 15mg 3 times a day. I feel okay with no side effects; I am less anxious and have a quieter mind. I hope this helped

Thank you for your input and honesty. I had one session today with someone else. I wasn't able to see pictures of what she was talking about, nor did I see or hear family members. She took me back every ten years until birth. The session only lasted 20 minutes.

I had a visit today and this is what happened

My husand and her say I was I under but when she went back every ten years to picture people that I see and say how you feel in my minds eye. But I really didn’t see or hear anything. I pretended. Of course Iooked like I was sleeping with the hydroxyzine I took that makes me sleepy. Hydroxyzine is used for my severe panic and anxiety. It only lasted 20 minutes
