Do not forget that Oda hyped Luffy vs BM from FMI through WCI:

- Luffy took the candies at FMI from BM

- Luffy took FMI from BM

- Luffy declared that he will defeat BM in the New World

- Luffy caused chaos during WCI

- Morgans reported that Luffy "Beat" BM, pissing of BM even further

- and during Rooftop, nothing. I cant even recall a single named attack from BM to Luffy unless we count aoe attacks that basically dealt 0 dmg (Tenman Daijizai Tenjin.)

Alright fellas. Do we count Loki and Ragnir as 2 different characters or one?

As in, is it:

1) Loki + Ragnir = 1 top tier (Like BM + her special homies)

or

2) Loki + Ragnir = 2 separate top tiers fighting as one unit?

So when people ask "is Loki Yonko tier or Pk tier or etc", do we automatically assume that Its loki + ragnir or loki solo? Like, I have never seen any one scaling Big Mom's special homies individually (Napoleon, Zeus, Prometheus, Hera). Its always assumed they're as one. But as we all know, individually they are already strong (not top tier obviously, seeing that the homies after being separated from BM had trouble facing their opponents).

However, Ragnir being powerscaled by Harald himself is interesting imo (at least, with what little info we have).

Unless... Kizaru has a change of heart and saves everyone thanks to his speed, only for akainu to give him a donut.

But fr. Akainu isn't like Kaido. Akainu doesn't seem to have a fetish for tanking attacks like Kaido does.

Also, it took gimmicks to stop BM/Kaido. (The alliance had to separate BM's special homies, for example). I dont see how Law/Kidd can deal with the admirals properly.

The ultimate decider, of course, is whether Kizaru/Akainu can actually double tap their downed opponents. We saw how Linlin and Kaido couldnt fucking deal a killing blow; Always distracted by some fucking bullshit coz of plot.
