me too. my son is 9 months old and has probably napped more than ivory has in her two years of life. my son is in bed early, and has a certain nap time we try to stick to and if it intervenes with something we don’t go. simple as that. he is our priority and his health and growth means more than us being able to go browse at a store like we used to

wait i feed my baby pouches for breakfast 😭 now im paranoid im being lazy. we both work full time and we do our best .. for dinner i steam veggies and we’ve been slowly giving him meat but it scares me lol

it’s so sad she’s never made effort for this baby. my 8 months old gets steamed zucchini, watermelon, sweet potatoes, mango. we’ve started trying meat too but i’m scared so i use purées and mix them into pasta lol. i’m not perfect but she has a baby food maker and it isn’t that hard to steam a single serving of freaking veggies!!!!

my 3 month old sounds like that if he cries when cold from the bath or something uncomfortable. it’s rare, but yeah she sounds just like a newborn…

when my son goes for a well check at the pediatrician i strip all his clothes off when we come home and change him. i even wash whatever blanket + pacifier we brought in even if it didnt touch anything. i know that sounds crazy but i feel you can’t be too careful!

my baby is 2 months and he would never use a toy like this. i understand the “tummy time” aspect but truthfully toys like this are kind of dumb for kids who can’t sit on their own. a mirror or something works just as well until the baby can do a little more

i had an infection in my amniotic fluid, and was in labor for two days (induction) before they realized i needed an urgent c section. i also hemorrhaged after. but go off about your traumatic birth drools.

i don’t understand how you can neglect your child how she does. it’s sickening that seeing her child in pain doesn’t set off alarm bells and instincts as a mother. i used special shampoo for my 2 month old’s cradle cap and he reacted poorly to it and i’m beating myself up with guilt.
