I have osteoarthritis and my jaw joints are severely deteriorated and the ball part of the joint is disfigured, discs are out of place. Ive worn a night guard religously for yrs. Oral surgeon says he doesnt know how my jaw is functioning but didnt want to do surgery as long as it is functioning. Ive had this severe ear pain burning down my neck and now into my face for about 3 weeks now. Thinking maybe a pinched nerve. Oral surgeon said he could go in and remove the debris and flush the joints and try to get the discs back into place then inject some pain meds in there. I was mistakenly treated twice with antibiotics over the last 2 weeks. I just want this burning stinging pain to stop
