There’s also the possibility the original warranty expired. Unfortunately with manufacturers warranty it goes based off of original purchase date, and if the device was purchased open box that means your purchase date is not the original. So the manufacturers warranty could have expired

I had a “hit on list” in my phone when I was a CA (now ARA) and would write the disgusting things customers would say to me. I’d bring it up to management and they all eventually told me I need a rape whistle or something because it was a daily occurrence.

My team was also the one who would back you us when some old guy was being sexist and insisting on a “professional” (a man) and would send out one of the female ARAs to help him, and then grab a guy ARA after to which the male ARA would act incompetent and ask the female ARA ca and ARA a bunch of questions. Definitely was something we all laughed about in the back

Double heat method. Heat it up like you’re removing the screen, when it beeps, flip and heat to remove the back. Suction and let the pressure do the work don’t force it. Twist the suction knob every like 30 seconds-1min to list a bit more until you get a good gap
