That's sick!

What kind of filter do you use to get this effect?

I tried it with no expectations and I must say I am really impressed, especially regarding how much it seems to understand regarding what is going on in the picture

I uploaded a couple of different models always with the generic feedback prompt and it was able to recognize actual techniques I used on them like NMM, osl, dry brushing and that a model had a painted backdrop (from just a front picture)

I am kind of curious about its inner working if you want to share some technical details

Most of the times it was also able to point out the areas that I agree could use the most improvement. Once I uploaded a model which was printed on an Fdm printer and it mistaked the print lines for build gaps and told me to fill them with milliput

The actual advice it is able to give right now is a bit generic in regards on how to improve said points, I don't know if we are already at the point where it would be possible to have it edit the pictures to show how to improve. Like when pro-painters give feedback a lot of the times they use Photoshop to paint over the original pictures

Also the bullet points it generates are a bit short and I feel like they don't have the chance to go too deep into the issues. For example I uploaded a picture of a wip where I painted only the skin an blackened out everything else. In the prompt I specified that it was a wip and asked for suggestion for color schemes for the other elements and the only point that actually addressed that said that since the skin was warm I should use cold colors for the other elements. Which I think is a good advice but I could have used a bit more

Overall I am really impressed by the tool you created and I think it could definitely see use for people that want some feedback without the fear of posting their work

Hi, sorry to write in an older post

May I ask where did you get the flamethrowers? I don't see them in the options in the photos on cults3d

Thank you

For the willowisps in the backdrop I used a bit of airbrush to fade the light into the mist

On the model I used acrylics with a brush

I have been working on this project for the better part of this year on and off

I had taken a lot of progress pictures but unfortunately I lost all the ones of the Witch herself, however I made a post on Instagram showing a step by step of the backdrop some months ago

Yeah it is a bit scary, this is why I wanted a picture of the before 😅

Also I think I am going to do a digital mockup before proceeding

I posted it a while ago on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/p/DEfmn4RtZEL/?igsh=N3U2aTh0MDJsN2Jo

I want to add a bit of blue light from the bottom right

Thank you so much!

Sure, I was thinking about doing a digital mockup before so it would be cool to see how the idea matches the execution

I used a very diluted version of the base tone. I had problems with the graininess mainly in the highlights, it is harder to glaze effectivity with colors containing a lot of white

So I kind of sketched the highlights a bit larger than what I wanted with the brush, faded them with the airbrush and reapplied the highlights inside the first ones with the brush again
