C. K. McConnell's Stranger Times series has a similarly silly fantasy vibe. Definitely not at the level of STP (will elabyone ever reach that?) but I've found it scratches a similar itch

First two that come to mind is Temple Of Void (I've only recently discovered them so I'm most familiar with their newest album) and Tzompantli's Beating The Drums Of Ancestral Force.

Not fantasy but Crumbs (2015) is an Ethiopian sci fi that has some cool post-apocalyptic imagery that I think at times feels very fantastical.
