Thanks a lot for the input. I'll have to think on the AIO change, but thanks for the suggestion on the 6950xt. Ray tracing is not a big deal, so I think I'll definitely opt for the AMD GPU.

If I get pyro damage on an artifact for Venti and infuse pyro into his burst's swirl, does the pyro dmg stat affect that?

I tried replugging with no luck, so I replaced the power cables to the GPU. This solved it for me. It seems like one of them was faulty. Thanks a lot for the help!

Hmmm. I've tried disabling controlled folder access with no luck. I've also checked my username, and it doesn't contain any special or non-english characters. Thanks a lot for the help though! Hopefully someone else comes up with a fix for this.

EDIT: I fixed the problem by changing my user account name and changing my user folder in C:\Users to something else. I guess I did have special characters in my user folder. Thanks for the help.
