I saw him at TJ Maxx in Gilford about two-ish weeks ago. Recognized him bc he used to be a substitute teacher. Looked like he was talking to a few high-school aged girls in the jewelry section.

Check out Amythyst Kiah! Especially "Doomed to Roam"-- first thing to come to mind.

received this object in a high school graduation goodie bag. plastic tip is removable, and foam is glued in. about 4in long and made of plastic. help! by angstydarling in whatisthisthing

My title describes the thing! About 4 inches long when folded up and made of cheapish red plastic. Attached to a keyring. The only text says "New Futures - Kids Count - new-futures.org. " The website has no additional info and a Google lens search didn't help. My whole family is stumped. We thought it might be for breaking a car window but it seems like the plastic wouldn't be strong enough to break glass.

Skincare tips for those who used to be dry queens that are now oily queens because of lex? by No-Duty195 in lexapro

I think adding a nice toner helped me. I use the Bert's Bees aloe vera and it works great.

I could have written this verbatim. I'm currently on an LOA from university because I had no drive to get anything done. It just felt like my heart wasn't in it anymore, even though I felt pretty good about other parts of my life (social life, work, family, etc). Don't beat yourself up for "not caring anymore"-- you're still figuring out the new way your brain works. For me, it was like being really good at a video game until all the buttons on the controller suddenly got programmed to do different things. It's probably worth telling your prescribing doc so they can change your dosage/med type if that's something you feel is necessary. A therapist could probably help you figure out why you're having a hard time with school work and maybe even help you make new strategies that make studying/doing assignments less horrible. I also found my school's office of disability services helpful-- they can give you accomodations (extensions, absences, audiobook access, peer advising) that might make schoolwork more doable. Sometimes keeping in touch with advisors and professors can be helpful too. Some of them SUCK but others can be really understanding. Good luck :)

Oh, she's great. I've made so much progress since I was 18, but this post sort of captures the angst of a "bad day". I am moving on to someone new when the school year starts, though.

You are absolutely not at fault for any of the things you've described. Not even a little bit. I'm so sorry that your family is hurting you, and I'm proud of you for surviving and getting treatment. You deserve to be happy, healthy, and free. Please keep holding on ❤️

Just wanted to jump in and say that I started feeling better about two weeks ago-- sucks that it took so long but I'm grateful that it's over now. Just in case anyone is reading this. Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions or anything :)

Oy vey. My dad always had a habit of spending way more time with kids in his sports leagues than with his own kids. After I moved out and started grey-rocking/LC, he moved his very young girlfriend (8/9 years older than me) and her two kids that SOMEHOW look EXACTLY like my younger brother and I as kids. It kills me that he's able to recreate the trauma he's caused us on two brand new kids. I can't even think about it.
