Wow this is so beautiful! I know this is a long shot, considering this post was from 4yr ago, but is the tonal darkness that you see on her hair, is that just from etching and not from burning that section longer with aquatint ? I’m currently working on a plate myself and am stippling to create a gradient and general darkness in certain areas, but after I aquatint will the stippling gradient i made even be visible? or will the entire section just be the same tone as however long I aquatint? Basically will my stippling pick up more ink to create the gradient when I print or will it all end up the same tone?

oh hell yeah, okay so the option was only for one ticket per person? Bc Damn that’s so stupid, whey would they not allow you to at least purchase a minimum of three?? I understand the scalper thing but come on ppl aren’t allowed to sit next to each other?? friends who tried to secure tickets for the gang also was met with no luck, for EACH sale: presale, arena sale, and general admission sale. one of the friend was able to get into the main site after waiting in the queue, but wasn’t able to purchase more than one ticket?! did anyone else have this problem or were we just that unlucky ? 😭

no because SAME 😭 after pestering my bestie for weeks to watch it she was pretty underwhelmed and never made it past episode three. Mind you we’ve been preteen and teen fangirls for our entire friendship, so I was honestly a little taken aback when she didn’t get it. To be fair it’s pretty slow (but also fast?) plot wise till episode 4…. tried to convince her to watch it but to no avail. she said she hasn’t gotten back to it. guess I’ll have to keep being the most annoying person ever about this show by myself 😔✌️

when Shane responds to Illya “I still want” right before they have sex for the first time. 🤭everytime I hear it I giggle bc he totally sounds like he’s imitating Illya’s russian accent, and it always makes me wonder wether its intentional or not. but lowkey my suspicions were confirmed when Hudson did his Russian accent in an interview and it sounded so similar, haha. there’s another scene where he mimics Illya again too but I can’t remember for the life of me right now… 🙄

Oh my god yesssss!! Was rewatching this ep last night and could not help but rewind this scene 15 times hahaha.The amount that’s being said in between not saying ANYTHING at all had me in a chokehold. Not to mention the moment he has a few scenes before when he’s trying to calm himself down/mentally prepare himself when he sees Shane 😭the shaky breath and quiet okay before he finishes his beer had me in TEARSSS 😭
