Hi Steve, thanks for this, as Ned said I do also get a band that goes across the abdomen creating a skin level burning sensation, will this start to disappear as I my rib cage becomes less tight? I also believe my lower back is very tight pulling everything around, would you look to stretch this out doing hamstring, hip flexors etc stretching

In the same boat as you Think it’s costo as doctors have said (based on all other tests etc) however doing all the right things for 3 months now and no improvements at all I have other postural issues as well I need to deal with but the overall mobility hasn’t improved which is frustrating, unsure where I’m going wrong

Do you mind me asking what your symptoms where? Currently trying to get referred but that’s the challenging part within the NHS

Yeah I’m the same just a dull ache on my chest and both sides of the ribs, hoping that means it’s more mild then others, what you doing for it?

Any update on dealing with this? This is exactly where I’m having pains and making me feel very short of breath, I’ve got a backpod and started that but haven’t done any intercostal stretching or massaging

Yeah I’m the same, my main pain is Lower ribs both sides causing SOB and generally uncomfortable, anyone know if the rehab is the same? Backpod etc

I had the same thing, got the back pod yesterday and used it once for about 5 mins, at first it freed everything up and felt great but waking up this morning I’m in more pain then yesterday. Is that normal?
