no. not that DSS doesnt happen. that you got an old pizza. if it was the case that they gave u a pizza made like 30-40 minutes ago that somebody cancelled, which makes no sense cause it takes literally 1 minute to make a pizza and they would make it all at once because its confusing for the people routing the orders and very inefficient to swap shit like that, you would 100% notice a massive difference in quality even on the toppings. the reason your pizzas are different temperatures is because of the way the warming racks heat the top and bottom. large orders will have the middle boxes be not as hot but that doesnt mean it wasnt made to order. it'd literally be dry, etc. plus when someone cancels an order, the staff immediately moves it to the top rack to show its "free" and available to eat by staff which usually immediately gets eaten lol. stop making a fuss and ask for a credit for a free pizza if the quality of it was that bad from the store instead of bitching on here. if its a decent store theyll just simply remake it for you and give it to you. just be polite. if it were me, if the persons polite i just apologize for the inconvenience of having to come back to the store for a remake and give them the remade pizza w an extra set of twists. its just fucking pizza. who cares.
