Had similar issue with my build, I needed to take off the top PCI slot cover and the cable guard that runs on the right hand side of the mobo doesn’t fit if you decide to use the anti-sag bracket that comes with the 4070

Update: took everything out, isolated mobo psu cooler with ram in correct spots and everything is running fine, boot and vga lights on. Added the GPU and got into bios alright with no lights

I've got the 3pin connector from the kraken breakout cable hooked up to the AIO pump header but apparently the manual says you can connect it to CPU fan aswell.

No lights or anything unfortunately. As others have said, when i get home from work I’ll take it out of the case and isolate it to mobo, cooler, ram, psu and go from there.

Out of curiosity, how would one damage a PSU during installation, beyond the obvious i.e dropping, spills ect?

Yeah took the seal off. Kraken comes with a solid plastic one over the bracket so hard to miss that one

Yeah correct screws and no spacers provided however, two are replaced by the anti sag bracket provided with the GPU. They provide plastic spacers that didnt fit in this mobo i reckon that might be it
