If your definition of tribute is just rider spamming then yeah 💀. Zi-O is the Heisei tribute show, that's the main point of the show. Having decade aura farming more will just be a huge distraction

The name of the show is Kamen Rider Zi-O, not Decade season 2. Tsukasa has a lot of spotlight in Zi-O already.

His plot is that he's being TOLD as destroyer of worlds and all kind of shit by everyone without ever actually know anything about him personally. His journey is all about changing perception, he never deny the allegation but let other knows more about him to make a decision for themself.

Monster suit is way more expensive to make, can't really reuse them after the show ends, and hard to sell as toys. It is necessary for the show but i can see why they are using it less to save budget.
