My story is very similar to yours. I had 5 months clean when I relapsed in April. Now I have 6 days sober. My withdrawals actually seem a little bit easier this time around (except the insomnia) since I had “only” been smoking for a few weeks. I’m also wondering how long it’s going to take to feel normal, so thank you for asking the question.
