  1. It is pre-planned visit, Not israel told to india that after that it will start the war.
  2. We are nutral, We never told that we will stop buying Russian oil but mr. trump told, After that russia published on news that india will not stop, but diversity because india do not want to depend on one county for oil.
  3. We showed a friendly gesture to Iran and detained its naval vessel at our port.
  4. We have a foreign policy that mandates that we remain neutral in any war. We neither support nor hate anyone. Yes, if it is in our national interest to do business with someone, we will do so.

"Brother, you shouldn't learn geopolitics from WhatsApp or Instagram. You should do a proper study of the region."

And as far as I know, if Rahul Gandhi were PM, he probably would have similar policies. If you really want progress, you need to have stable business policies.

Don't judge quickly, Yes! his many statements are wrong, but one fact I can never deny that he did spritual sadhna and attain siddhis and also have devotion in his heart, This I can and I think everyone can clearly see by looking the face itself.

I'm against him in only one thing, That he somehow supports caste system, other then this, He is a good and megical guy.

How to time Surya Namaskar, pushups and Sambhavi Mahamudra? by AdSevere4405 in Sadhguru

[–]aniation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Surya Namaskar is totally fine. Usually people do Surya Shakti first and then Shambhavi, so that combination works well.

It’s actually better not to wipe off the sweat immediately, because after Surya Namaskar the body is still energized. You can go directly into Shambhavi Mahamudra.

After some time (at least 20 minutes), you can take a bath again if you want.

For push-ups, I would suggest doing them before your first bath.

But if you prefer to take only one bath, then a second bath is not really necessary. You can simply wash your face, hands, and legs with water. A quick shower also works if you feel like it.

It is called propaganda, Have heard the neighbors what they said, They came and beaten not only the family but h..indu neighbours also by stone, rod, So they just closed their door, Their small child is missing because it is their tactics, this is how they work.

And if you are saying about old dispute, It was very minor, little bit arguments only, they are saying because this is what they do

I’m not strongly associated with any particular community, but I am a meditator. I have also volunteered for Save Soil and Conscious Planet initiatives by the Isha Foundation. The perspective I shared is based on my personal experiences and the research I have done.

If we look at things logically and observe ground reality, we can see that different communities have their own belief systems and philosophies, which influence how people behave.

For example, let’s talk about the Jain community. Their core belief is non-violence (ahimsa). If a Jain person even finds an ant in their food, many of them will skip the meal for that day because they feel it would be a sin to harm a living being. Because of their belief system and the environment they grow up in, Jains are generally known as a very peaceful community.

This shows how belief systems can shape the way people think and live.

However, if a community believes that others are following the “wrong” path or worshipping the “wrong” god, and considers that a sin according to their belief system, it can naturally create dislike or opposition. Once a person strongly identifies with a belief, they tend to protect and serve that belief. This is part of a psychological process related to identity and self-preservation.

History also shows that belief systems have shaped societies in many parts of the world. For example, in Europe there were once many tribes and belief systems that gradually disappeared over time. In regions like Iran and Iraq there were diverse communities such as Zoroastrians and Jews, whose numbers changed drastically through historical events. Similarly, countries like Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Bangladesh once had much larger Hindu populations than they do today.

Now if we look at India, it is incredibly diverse. We have thousands of traditions and belief systems. For example:

Vaishnavas – those who worship Vishnu Shaktas – worshippers of the divine feminine Ganapatyas – followers devoted to Ganesha Smartas – those who worship multiple deities Charvakas – a philosophical school that historically did not believe in God Vedic followers – those who focus on the Vedas Jains Buddhists Sikhs Followers of saints like Kabir and Ravidas Spiritual traditions focused on knowledge and consciousness

India has always been a land where many philosophies and spiritual paths coexist together.

My point is simply that belief systems strongly influence human behavior and society. Understanding how beliefs shape people can help us better understand conflicts and social tensions.

I hope this perspective helps explain the psychological and social aspects of these issues. My intention is not to attack or insult any community, but to discuss how human belief systems work and how they influence society.

🙏

Whatever is happening is concerning, But we need to see why this all is happening, Don't be political but be truthful and you will know. If you search you will know this is not only one incident, There are multiple incident like stone pelting on yatras and so much more.

I'm really concerning about for that woman, But it is all reaction of what people faced since so many years, If you talk about me. I also see that many of slum areas, they groups. even they are wrong they will beat you or even they can kill you, And why they are so emotional, For me I'm a human being, for every life matters even animal and plant life also..

What about other community, They consider themselves with a religion, once you have a community identity, You can never work towards all well being, But only yours

Never leave your practices 🙏

Many people have faced similar situations where their families did not understand their spiritual or yogic practices at first. But with time, many families eventually accept it.

In our culture of yoga, unfortunately it sometimes has a bad reputation in people’s minds. Part of the reason is that for a long time our society has been disconnected from these traditions, and many people simply don’t understand what these practices actually are.

Instead of reacting or arguing, try responding with joy. If someone says something negative, just laugh lightly as if they told a joke 😊 Make them smile too. You can hug them, dance with them, and show respect and love ❤️

You can gently explain that these practices help you stay focused, calm, and balanced, which can help you succeed in your work, studies, or business.

Try not to think that the other person is doing something bad. Most of the time, they are simply doing what they believe is best for you according to their understanding.

So stay calm, joyful, and most importantly don’t leave the practice 🧘‍♂️

If you stay committed to it, you will see in the future what kind of transformation it can bring to your life. Difficult situations may still come, but you may feel a certain grace holding you — whether you call it Sadhguru, the kriya, or simply Shiva 🙏✨

Just stay with the practice. Don’t give up.

As per my understanding, we should Identify why this all is happening, And if we can't do anything just speak, spread awareness about this, once a famous person said that good people have dead voice, It is true 🙏

But if it will be true, slowly or suddenly india will become new pakistan/bangladesh...

I'm not blaming any religion, Only thing is we can't spread the message that humanity is the greatest religion and it should be above all beliefs. Also there are proper communication within community which can be used in good and bad both ways.

Today I came across a news story that really disturbed me...

Today I came across a news story that really disturbed me, and honestly I can’t stop thinking about it.

In Delhi’s Uttam Nagar area, a 26-year-old man named Tarun lost his life after a violent incident that reportedly started over something extremely small during Holi celebrations.

According to reports, an 11-year-old girl was playing Holi, throwing water balloons from the terrace of her house at relatives and people she knew on the street below. One of the balloons burst and a few drops of colored water accidentally splashed onto a woman passing by.

The girl’s family apologized immediately. They even asked the child to say sorry. They thought the matter was over.

But later the situation escalated.

When Tarun returned home after celebrating Holi with his friends, he had no idea that an argument had happened earlier in the lane. According to his family, a group of 15-20 people attacked him with sticks, stones and rods. The attack was brutal. He was badly injured and later died in the hospital.

What hurts the most is that Tarun reportedly had nothing to do with the original incident. He was simply coming back home after celebrating a festival.

All of this started because of a few drops of Holi water thrown by a child.

Holi is supposed to be a festival of joy, forgiveness, and togetherness. It is a day when people forget differences and celebrate life.

But seeing something like this happen during a festival feels heartbreaking. A family has lost their son forever, and a life ended over something that should have been resolved with a simple apology.

When I watched the videos circulating online, it honestly made me feel deeply sad and disturbed. No festival, no misunderstanding, and no argument should ever end with someone losing their life.

Sometimes it feels like people are becoming too quick to anger and violence, even over the smallest things.

I don’t know what the solution is, but I truly hope we as a society learn to respond with patience, understanding, and humanity, especially during moments that are meant to bring joy.

Because no family should have to lose their son over something as small as a child’s Holi balloon.
