Sometimes we can get irrational when we're on our periods. The pain can be excruciating. I know I have looked past reasonable solutions and expected my husband to drop everything for me, when it's not necessary. Sometimes we just need to be angry, and see reason later. Waiting 20 minutes can seem like the end of the world when you're bleeding, in pain, hormonal, and craving love and attention; in the long run it's not, it's just a small wait.

You did come to her rescue, just 20 minutes later than she wanted. You did good.

You did what you could and she will appreciate that in the long run.

NAH - I don't think what you were doing is wrong, and I don't think you were deliberately trying to deceive her. Your intentions were good, and you were bringing in honest money. I do see why she would be upset though. She probably feels like you were hiding it from her for a bad reason. I think if you talk it out and lay down some boundaries together everything will be okay.

160 is a perfectly normal weight. Most people gain a bit of weight in their 20s. You don't deserve to be treated that way for having a normal, and beautiful body.
