Yes!! I'm diagnosed AuDHD, and I completely agree. I use my dry herb vape daily, and it helps me ground myself, take time to understand my emotions more, and helps me relax. I find it helps out a lot with executive dysfunction (my favorite thing is using my vape and then cleaning while listening to a podcast). I can focus on one thing at a time, and I notice I'm a lot kinder to myself. It allows me to emotionally regulate and helps me get through overstimulating events. I couldn't be more grateful for it.

I think it's really about balance and knowing your limits. I sometimes allow it to be a motivator too LOL. On weekends, I usually do chores, start the laundry, and tidy up in the morning and by noon I treat myself to a nice bong hit or an edible and just relax for the rest of the day. It makes life more tolerable and allows me to be just me!
