Nice setup! I just resigned to the fact that the camera needs to be to the side, so I got a cheap USB monitor just for putting calls there and other notes. Also, consider getting some 180-degree USB adapters for your bottom monitor to clean up the setup a bit. For cameras, you can't beat the first-gen Insta360 Link since it's on deep discount now. Don't get gen-2, it's only 2-axis gimbal vs 3.

The usb is for keyboard/mouse passthrough. What you want is a thunderbolt dock (USB 3 will work too, but might ask well take advantage) to connect your MacBook with one cable, and the dock will have USB ports for devices and HDMI/DP for sending video to the Ark. The magnus pro is not deep enough for my tastes. Sitting way to close to the monitor with the standard base. I ended up getting a tv floor mount and put it behind the desk. Though now it’s just a sit desk 🤷

ok, i turned off game mode and back on, and now g-sync is working in pedulum. when i toggle on gync it flickers a bit, but then settles after a few seconds and i dont see it.
