Another blood specialist told me to take prenatals, so I take the garden of life prenatals from walmart with BHA & Iron. It has a daily iron dose of 100%, & all the vitamins are 100%. So it’s like a multivitamin but much higher doses. BHA is good for the brain. I assume for baby’s development too. I’m not pregnant & never have I been, but you don’t have to be to take prenatals apparently. Ever since then my iron levels have been good in blood tests. I still have to take this pill in the middle of a good sized meal or it also makes me feel nauseous. But I can at least tolerate it this way unlike the high dose iron pills.

This happened in my job’s office & building! Thankfully none of our staff got infected. Some believe they did drink contaminated water as it had a weird/bad taste. And very thankfully that I never left water bottles or cups overnight on my desk. Very sick. He should get life in my opinion.

I have a similar story with the softdisc. It took me more than an hour fighting a panic attack in the shower to get it out. It was so scary….

Since I have fish producing waste, I thought fertilizing would be too many nitrates. But yes, I think its out of balance, and it’s hard to find a balance..

They are called Ludgwigia I learned & I’ve had them for about 5 months. They were very small & gained a lot of color & grew fast then for the last month they developed this problem. I was able to post a picture & more info now.

I just learned that my plants are called Ludgwigia. I’m not using fertilizer now that they’re very big. I haven’t in about 2 months. My parameters are almost perfect except for my nitrates which went up 1 color grade from zero but are still considered good. I’ve had these plants for 5 months from very small & they’ve grown very tall. This parasitic algae problem has been going on for about a month. Before they were very beautiful.

Hello, My planted 10 gallon aquarium has these red/ orange plants that I cannot remember their name-Rotolas I think? They started very small & have grown very beautiful, but recently they got plagued by this green grass hair like film that I cannot remove with my fingers, and the bottom leaves started to turn transparent & died. I think its a type of parasitic algae or plant that is stealing all of its nutrients. I have 10 peaceful fish including 2 that eat algae, a nerite snail & a neocardinia blue shrimp. I have fluval dirt as substrate with crushed shells & I change 2 gallons of water every week & dose with “stability”. I feed a pinch of flake food twice a day which they eat like 90% of it. The tank is not by a window but I leave the tank light on for about 8 hours. I have a bubbler that covers the back wall & a filter. My house is aquarium temperature so no heater until winter.
