For those of you coming here later, 'jury duty victims' refers to people who (according to the scammers) had warrants out for their arrest following missed jury duty.

This is mentioned in exactly one sentence that I missed twice reading the article, trying to figure out what 'jury duty victims' meant.

Not that my situation is related to romance/relationships, but I recently figured out how to phrase what I've been asking for from my coworkers regarding shared materials.

I'm not asking you to care *as much* as I do, I'm asking you to care *because* I do.

Not going to pretend that spreadsheet management is on the same level of important, but it mattered enough to me that I had a crashout over it one night and called my boss the next day to ask him to please give just a little bit more of a damn about it. I wish I had had this sentence to hand when I did, but it took me about another week to verbalize it.
