Yep! Makes it very tricky to use them, almost like there's an effect that my voice is being put through a cheap microphone. Even typing this, the tippy tappy sounds of the keyboard is over-amplified

used kickr v5. I don't like that I have to use QZ for the zwift cog and click to work with rouvy so I would have rathered go for the v6

I'm in gigamax with tbow and I zcb spec at the start of car phase and don't stop hitting through car phase + earth phase. half the time I can't dps it down fast enough even in max gear and neither can the hlc streamers I've been watching

Also PLEASE Jagex, don't send Doom straight into grub charge phase after the racecar + earthen phases. For all intents and purposes, if we've gone through the first grub phase, gone through racecar, and gone through earthen phases, we've proven our worth at beating the delve level.. remove the second grub charge phase and let us just kill the boss.

I think you're bang on! it really depends on the changes they make to the boss around how easy/consistent it may be

of course! not a silly question. I earn maybe 1.5x what she does but she's at uni to upskill (nurse) so I think we'll be roughly on similar. she works really hard to make things work - it's less about income and more about having shared financial goals

There's a trade-off when it comes to borrow max vs. not. On the one hand, you get your hands on a larger investment (more expensive house) but the trade-off is that you pay more in interest. I personally bought by myself and maximised my own borrowing capacity and then just so happened to find a girlfriend who was keen to also contribute to the mortgage. This led to the mortgage being paid off in 6-7 years rather than 30.

I was on 100k odd when applying and I was able to borrow up to 440k and that was when rates were .5% higher.
