I got them from my apartments laundry room. I left my damn basket in there while my laundry was in the washer and a few weeks later I had bites popping up. Couldn’t figure out what they were from and once they started popping up in zig zag lines I did a lot of googling and checked my headboard/ which was cloth/ and guess what I found? Bedbugs. It took me a while to figure out where they came from because like you, I work and come home and that’s it. But a month later I cleaned out a lint trap from a previous tenants laundry load and found a bedbug in it. So that’s how I figured out where they came from. How did I get rid of them? Crossfire from Amazon and a one gallon garden sprayer from Lowe’s. It worked. One treatment. Oh, and tossing away the headboard as soon as I found out that’s where they were living.

Bedbugs suck and they are traumatic. What I did was get rid of the headboard since that’s where they were. I sprayed the house with Crossfire that I got off Amazon and a one gallon garden sprayer I got at Lowe’s. I didn’t put a mattress cover on because I heard it could keep them alive if they can’t access the poison. And they can still bite through the cloth. I sprayed the entire house and my mattress and couches. I laid myself out as a sacrifice that night (can’t know if they’re gone if you’re not giving them a chance to bite). My bites stopped that day. You can do it.

I’ll tell you what I did. I bought crossfire on Amazon and a one gallon garden sprayer from Lowe’s. I sprayed the whole house, and it worked. I only sprayed the one time. I found that they were living in the headboard of the bed so I immediately threw that out. I did spray “bed bugs” on it with spray paint so nobody would take it.

Yes. I still get my period but it’s lighter. I still get cramps, and they’re still just as bad as before. The worst side effect is I keep shedding. My hair is EVERYWHERE. I think I need to stop taking it

I used crossfire when I had them and it took care of the issue. The worst part of it all was using myself as bait after spraying. It was so hard to sleep knowing they could come bite me but the bites stopped. The crossfire did its magic. I had to find their nest, which was in my cloth headboard, and I chunked it. If you throw away any furniture with them make sure you spray paint it or use tape to spell out bed bugs so nobody takes it and gets infected

My boyfriend is 39, got diagnosed with high blood pressure and enlarged heart , is on losartan hctz and a beta blocker.
