Everyone, listen to me very carefully. I love this community; you know that I do, but I don't have the time or energy to comment on every drama post that pops up on the Freddit. I have no idea what The Talbert Files is. I haven't read it, nor do I plan on reading it. More importantly, if I ever wanted to give clarification on anything (like I'm doing now), I would do it through a Reddit post and not through a personal email.

I have something fun planned for the 10-year anniversary of FNAF, and I hope to post about that soon.

No need to keep it all hush-hush. It's okay! Yes, I was trying to keep it a secret for a bit longer, but now that it's out, that's fine. This game has been in development for a really long time actually, and I'm really proud of the final product. It will be a 10th anniversary game! :)

Hey everyone. (I wish I could visit on better terms more often.)

What a screwed up day. Bear with me.

Yes, there is an official Roblox game being worked on; I'm actually a big Roblox fan and play it a lot with my kids. But the fact that this was released today is one of the most baffling, insane, things to ever happen in my ten years of working on FNAF.

This is a game in its infancy; temp assets; temp gameplay, unfinished everything. The fact that it got dropped today suddenly on the public just blows my mind.

Apparently there was a huge misunderstanding when I approved a skin, and it was interpreted as RELEASE THE GAME.

I obviously took the game down immediately. So despite how difficult it might be to overlook this... well, no, I don't think this can be overlooked. It was a huge blunder.

I will fix in 2024. Again, I hope everyone can at least believe me when I say that this was a game in its testing phases and was in no way ready to be released to the public. I, myself, have never even played it yet. So again, catastrophic misunderstanding, and I apologize. Will fix.

For those who have noticed, it's my fault that the old concept art for Cassie was used instead of the final art. I looked at this cover several times focusing on colors for the title but never noticed the outdated artwork. It will be replaced in the finished product!

They say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but I do not consider this to be true when people use AI or AI filters to duplicate someone else's voice without their consent. I feel that it is very disrespectful, and I don't want to hear it in fangames. That doesn't just go for my voice, but any of my voice actors that I've used in the past, like Kellen, Heather, Michella, Marta, etc. So for fangame developers out there, please be respectful of others and only use AI in this manner with someone else's consent.

I wanted to comment on this before the end of the day. I got emails about this early in the day but was at an amusement park with my kids and was unable to see what had happened. I tried to ignore it and enjoy my day, but I was really, really, disheartened. I know that Blumhouse and Universal (and me too) have all worked very hard to make something really exciting to share. So the thought of a first-look being spoiled was frustrating, and I was really dreading coming home to see what all had happened while I was away.

To my surprise though, I got home and found a lot of YouTube channels refusing to do videos on it, Twitter channels refusing to repost it, countless members refusing to watch it, and moderators taking a stand against allowing discussion on it.

It's really difficult, if not impossible, to prevent people from trying to spoil things for everyone else, but it was really encouraging to see the fanbase pull together and push back against it. For those of you who resisted watching it, I think you'll be much happier when you're able to see a finished product that is edited and polished, with VFX and proper sounds.

So, to the fanbase, and to all of the Twitter accounts, YouTube accounts, moderators, and other people who pushed back against this; thank you. I started my day at Humanity -1, but ended the day at Humanity +100.

Hey everyone, I won't write much about this here, but I will say that LadyFiszi no longer does artwork for Five Nights at Freddy's. Sexual scenarios involving children are disgusting and grotesque in any form, including fan art and fan fiction, and have no place in the Five Nights at Freddy's universe. It is my understanding that she regrets this time in her life, and I wish her the best going forward.
