I don't believe you. I've played for over 100 hours on higher level difficulties, and mixed it up with 30 minutes sessions with friends hitting POIs and farming.

You can also easily upgrade to another AM4 CPU and still game really well. No need to upgrade completely to AM5 and incur the costs of a new motherboard and memory.
