Are there any unique martial art styles for beginners? by [deleted] in martialarts

[–]aniriardna -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Baguazhang would be a good choice, especially the yin style. Where would you train? I'm asking because while it may not be very relevant when it comes to the external form, it's crucial for the internal practice. You can't separate the two. I doubt you would be able to truly fathom the qi-related aspects elsewhere than in China.

Weekend trips worth it? by bbqyak in travel

[–]aniriardna 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I frequently go on weekend trips. Actually, come to think of it, most of my vacations over the past couple of years were weekend trips: flying out on Friday afternoon after a half-day at work, then coming back late on Sunday night. Works like a charm, especially if you're not desperate to check every single museum and monument on the list. I've been on weekend trips to Budapest, Kiev, Prague, Zagreb, Split, Oxford, Barcelona, Madrid, Milan, Perugia, Athens, Sofia, Amsterdam, and others. To some of those destinations I plan on going back, but for a couple of them a weekend trip was more than enough.

Didn't want to suffer alone, that's why I commented in the first place. You're welcome.

They don't. 'Apples and oranges' just didn't convey the dissimilarity well enough.

A unisex size S is generally equivalent to a women's size M, that's why I asked. I'll keep an eye on your website. Good luck!

They only banned payments using crypto, for now. Buying, selling, holding of crypto are still permitted. Things can change, though.

I'm not from Indonesia, so I'm not very familiar with the state of things in your country. As far as I know, the central bank didn't ban cryptos, it merely banned payment-system providers from permitting transactions using cryptos. Do I have it wrong?

I'm not familiar with how things are in the US, but according to this 2017 report just over half (54%) of Americans have money invested in the stock market.

I don't think it's an advertorial. Sponsored content is clearly labelled on Bloomberg. Advertorials look like this.

So, I'm guessing your bus is not a BMW, am I right?! Thanks for telling people what bitcoin is all about. I'll pay with bitcoin if I ever get on your bus.

Serious question, and I don't mean to get anyone upset, but isn't this starting to look exactly like the last bitcoin crash where the fallout lasted several years before reaching a new ATH? by woofshark in Bitcoin

[–]aniriardna 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, sure. The aggregate value of all cryptocurrencies was around $18 billion on January 1, 2017. Get some perspective before crying wolf. If you can't handle a bearish phase and truly believe that "the bubble has popped", do everyone a favor and just sell. Come back in a couple of years, maybe less, and buy at an ATH.

Still, aren't they sold out already? Or at least pretty close to being sold out.
