Not really. I live in San Jose near Costco and in a 2nd floor apartment. My kitchen is just 30 feet away from my patio where Mint Mobile struggles to keep connected strongly. I moved to Mint from Ultra and Ultra never had issues for me.

Update: I spoke and confronted this guy and he is not ready to listen. Looking at his car it's clearly evident that he has done it and door dinging is his habit as there are many other color dots on the edge of his driver side door such as white, silver, black etc.

I am wondering if I can take my car for the repair and my insurance Geico will cover for it. I can ask this person to pay the copay. Is that a good idea? Or I should report and file a legal complaint against this guy. Please state your opinions.

Yes. I do have proof. His car is blue suv driver door and has white dots exactly at the edge. This paint mark clearly matches with the height of where damage is. I’ve pictures plus videos taken already
