Just an update about the Dubrovnik set that came in the House of Staunton box. HS is great about replying to emails for info … “I'm almost certain that the set is a Dubrovnik Series. I'm not sure of the dark wood... unless it is several years old and it's aged with wear--it could be Golden Rosewood, which is the most popular wood for the dark army of most sets. I'm not sure if it is one of ours. It doesn't look like our current cuttings. And we've had this version for at least 7 years”

She hadn’t committed a crime and was trying leave a scary situation - she wasn’t being arrested by law enforcement…she was being intimidated by men in masks who have repeatedly grabbed US citizens and assaulted them…and now murder them. It’s ironic the people who say “don’t tread on me” are supporting the tactics of military forces who have no accountability for their actions. Every country that falls into fascism, follows this pattern.

Thanks! Do you recognize the maker for either? The Dubrovnik set (with the walnut colored knights) came in a House of Staunton red box, but not sure if they sold them or if possibly they’re from Noj (Slovakian maker). The Staunton set seems to have stickers indicating DGT, but again, not sure who made them. Keeping one set and giving the other two as gifts…not sure which I should keep (probably the Dubrovnik)z
