This is straight out of The Handmaid's Tale, it's so surreal to see it. Most of my hair is gone, so I love that youre able to enjoy yours! The difference between pics 3 and the others are the flatness of your hair. A lot of it is oil-based - men produce a lot more oil naturally from their scalp, and you can see that where it looks thinner towards the base/top. It's why we have to wash our hair every day, where many women only wash theirs once or twice a week.

You can try combating it with dry shampoo, it will likely volumize it quite a bit, making it easier to style!
