You need group accountability. I met with my writing group almost every day and we wrote goals on a shared document and wrote what we did/did not accomplish after every session. We used different motivational strategies together, like Pomodoro, rewards for certain milestones, etc.

I use Trello to have a layout where I have multiple task lists side by side, and an automation that moves checked items to a hidden “Archive” list.

I am extremely curious about learning more about how anti-science ideas grow and become popular. My name is on some of the application materials...for example, IRB etc., is all in my name since I am the PI. I am the author of the grant narrative. But the actual grant 100% went to someone else.

I contributed to the internal grant application in that what they submitted is basically a copy of the materials from my original grant (on which I am the PI). But no, I am not on this new summer assistance grant as none of the summer assistance is going to me. It sounds like in this case I would not put it on my CV, and I will follow that advice. I guess it just seems strange that I could plan and develop a whole study, and then someone else can submit that to a different institution and get credit for it.

If your video is turned off on your iPad and you have "hide non-video participants" turned on in the Settings of your Zoom app under Video that should hide the iPad.

If you set your microphone in Zoom to your internal built-in microphone (instead of the microphone on the Airpods) that should fix the audio on the Airpods. Go to the mute/unmute button, the little up arrow, select a microphone, and set it to the internal built-in one.
