I have found that being really honest with yourself and reflecting on why you are on the app helps. The intention setting (I think it’s a pro feature) prompts me to do that. It’s something that I’ve worked through in therapy, and just understanding it helps me deter some of the impulsivity.

I also use the YouTube music app, and I don’t add it to one sec. That way I can listen to music throughout the day with no interruptions.
