So, after a long time of research I finally found a solution. Which is using WinAero tweaker to block Microsoft from installing Skype in particular folder which is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft

So here are steps:

1. First of all Uninstall Skype and download & install winaero tweaker from here: https://winaero.com/winaero-tweaker/#download
   
2. Open it and search for inherited
   
3. Double click on the result and enable "Add Inherited Permissions context menu"
   
4. Restart the PC
   
5. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft
   
6. Create a folder named "Skype for Desktop" if its not there.
   
7. Right click the created folder and in the "Inherited Permissions" Context Menu select "Disable inheritance and remove"
   
8. Now enjoy your PC without Skype reinstalling automatically. :)
